Service Desk Support : * Minimum Net Take-Home Pay Per Month is 600 KD Non-Kuwaiti Personnel:
a) Bachelor Degree in Computer\Electronics Engineering\Science
b) Aged between 23-40 years
c) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certified
d) Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
e) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certified is an advantage
f) At least 4years of experience in various IT services
g) At least 3 years of experience in Service desk operations
h) At least 2 years experience in Service desk support services and various IT services
i) At Least 1 years experience in using remote desktop utilities in troubleshooting and resolving users problems
j) Excellent experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems (hardware, software, applications)
k) Excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, 7, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 or later
l) Excellent client configuration of networking and Microsoft Outlook m) Experience in remote control tools
n) Fluent in English and preferably have knowledge of Arabic as well o) Good communication skills (both oral and written)
p) Excellent documentation skills
q) must be certifies as IT Professional Consumer Support Technician and/ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
