Job Description :
KEY RESULTS AREAS (RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Principally responsible for the network operation and performance
- Design network solutions
- Managing technical staff working on the network to achieve desired performance
- Firewall administration and overall internal network security
- Responsible for all network technical and operational standards including Change, Incident and Problem Management
- Day to day management of the service interface with network service providers (incident and problem management).
Job Requirements :
- University degree
- 5-8 years' of relevant experience
- Direct experience with Routing and Switching, Security, Voice over IP, Wireless ,Internet technology, Network Management
- Strong leadership skills and unsurpassed customer service
- Working knowledge of at least one key industry's trends, current strategies, business drivers, competitive situation, most common IT solutions for core industry product/service offerings, and current IT/technology penetration
- Fluent in Spoken and Written English , Arabic added advantage
