Installation Engineer :
* Minimum Net Take-Home Pay Per Month is 400 KD
a) Degree in Computer\Electronics\Science
b) Aged between 25-40 years
c) Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)
d) CompTIA A+ Certified (Essentials)
e) At least 3 years experience in hardware, software and applications support and services
f) Al least 2 years of experience as Installation Engineer in similar project to KOC scope and environment (A client certificate must be provided)
g) Excellent experience in troubleshooting and repairing PCs, printers, plotters, scanners and other peripherals
h) Excellent experience in diagnosing and solving computer related problems hardware, software, applications)
i) Capable of analyzing and diagnosing hardware / software problems expeditiously
j) Excellent experience in installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, 7, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 or later
k) Excellent experience in troubleshooting network related problems l) Shall be dynamic and update his knowledge of server hardware / software continuously.
m) Good interpersonal skills and an amicable disposition
n) Fluent in English, Arabic language would be an advantage
o) Must possess a valid driving license
p) must be certified as IT Professional Enterprise Support Technician and/ or MCSE Security on Windows Server 2003
