KUWAIT, Aug 30 (KUNA) -- Kuwait University (KU) announced Monday the acceptance of 190 non-Kuwaitis in all the faculties of the university for the academic year 2011/2010.
The foreign students who presented their papers were approved from various nationalities in all the faculties, said Dean of Admission and Registration Dr. Muthanna Al-Rifai.
The foreign students accepted are sons and daughters of diplomats, teaching faculty members, university workers, in addition to children of martyrs and GCC citizens residing in Kuwait along with outstanding students, he added.
He added that SMS messages via mobile phones will be received by students to determine which faculty they were accepted in and date of registration. - Kuna
