KUWAIT, Feb 23 (KUNA) -- A visiting US medical team from Memorial Hermann Hospital in Texas has carried out several successful surgical operations at Jaber Al-Ahmad Armed Forces Hospital in Kuwait.
"The US medical team has conducted critical, but successful, surgeries," Memorial Hermann Hospital Public Relations Chief Abeer Saqer told KUNA.
They have successfully made four ear, nose and throat (ENT) surgeries, together with a complicated colon operation, she said.
They have also examined many cases at several other hospitals in the country, she added.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health always brings in foreign medical teams to carry out complicated and critical surgeries and to check some patients at Kuwaiti hospitals. - Kuna
