KUWAIT, Feb 11 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Minister of Public Works and Municipality Affairs Fadhil Safar warned on Friday that studies have proven the dangers of artificial foam spray on human health and property.
A Municipality committee formed according to a Cabinet decision after in-depth study made the decision to ban the import and distribution of foam spray to the country.
Kuwaiti youth commonly spray foam on one another during festive periods, and this has led to several injuries over the years, especially to the eyes. - Kuna
