Wataniya Telecom has been informed by some of its customers that they have been receiving calls from anonymous callers claiming to be Wataniya staff
members urging the customers to recharge their lines to enter a draw, but under one condition: to provide the callers with the recharge card's serial number. According to the mentioned above, Wataniya states that they have no relation to those calls and have no information on their source. Wataniya assumes that those calls have been made by people skilled in scamming. Wataniya affirms to its customers that its strategy is based on reinforcing the relationship with the customer, and it completely respects the privacy and would never require them to share such information related to the customer. Based on this, Wataniya urges its entire customer base to take further precautions from similar callers, not to respond to them and immediately notify Wataniya on the matter. - Wataniya
