KUWAIT, June 21 (KUNA) -- Interior Minister Lieutenant-General. (rtd) Sheikh Jaber Khaled Al-Sabah on Monday called for introducing the latest techniques into the traffic system in order to keep pace with progress and development in this sector.

This came during his meeting with heads of GCC traffic delegations on the occasion of their participation in the 27th meeting in Kuwait.
The minister said that all the Gulf states feel the problem of traffic, urging all citizens and residents in the GCC countries to respect the traffic law and not to be lenient with any violator.
He also urged for community awareness and doubling up efforts in this regard. - Kuna
