KUWAIT, Oct 10 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC) has introduced new electronic services in Arabic and English.
KAC's IT Chief Khalid Al-Qaqian said in news remarks that the airliner's fresh services include, apart from online booking, a section for travel agents, services for cargo information, suggestions and complaints as well as Lost and Found services.
The national carrier's newly offered services would surely make communication between the carrier and its clients much easier and smoother, he said.
Furthermore, the company is seeking to develop its website, given that it receives over 12 million visitors from all world countries and has recently won several awards, the IT official boasted. - Kuna
