KUWAIT: The organizing committee of the Sheikh Ali Al-Jaber Informatics Research Award on Friday announced the names of the 20 winners. Award Secretary, Engineer Bassam Al-Shemmari, said that 279 of the 1,914 participants gave the right answers to the questions posed, with the 20 winners selected from these applicants in a draw.

The names of the winners are: Yousef Adnan Abdulnabi, Shireefa Behbahani, Muneera Mujeb Al-Ajmi, Nadi Ouda, Kitam Abdulrahim, Raja Saad Johar, Manal Maki Al-Shawaf, Hawra Al-Jazzaf, Dalal Al-Harbi, Rashed Al-Hadrani, Razan Al-Jaiaan, Bisheer Al-Halabi, Omar Al-Sultan, Khalid Al-Azmi, Mohammad Sami Abdu, Shahad Al-Ibrahim, Samah Ghaleb, Suleiman Fawaz, Nour Abu Saleh, and Huda Al-Enizi.

The organizing committee will host an awards ceremony for the winners on Monday at the 'Leaders Training Center' in Khaldiya, under the auspices of Sheikh Ali Al-Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, as well as Sheikha Awrad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Education Assistant Undersecretary for Student Activities Duaij Al-Duaij," he added. Al-Shemmari praised the role of Ministry of Education in supporting such research competitions. Each of the winners will receive a KD 200 prize, which will be presented by Sheikh Ali Al-Jaber A
