In connection with the Indian Republic Day celebrations, Luluhypermarket will be conducting an eight-day event, showcasing products from different parts of India.
Titled Incredible India, which will be inaugurated by the Indian Ambassador H.E Ajai Malhothra at 5.30 pm on 20th January 2010.
During these eight days there will be traditional Indian dances like Bharathanatiyam, Kuchipudi, Mohiniattam, Katak, Bhangara, Dandiya etc. and classical music concerts. In addition to the above there will be a fashion show for children where they will be displaying the traditional dresses of India and a drawing competition too, on the Incredible India theme.
Apart from the above cultural activities there will be special displays where customers can experience products & flavors from all over India. The Flavors of India in our Hot Food and Bakery section will tantalize your taste buds by offering you an Indian menu to suite your palate. Moreover not to mention our fruit & vegetable section will have special displays for fruits and vegetables from India.
There will be special promotions on Indian ethnic wear like sarees, churidars and kurthas. As an added attraction there are many counters which display Indian Handicrafts and different varieties of traditional paintings.
