Egyptian real estate worth USD one bln on offer at exhibition

KUWAIT, March 14 (KUNA) -- The Everst Real Estate Company announced here Sunday that it will, launch in cooperation with Rayah Group n the 'Egyptian Real Estate Exhibition' on March 17-21 under the sponsorship of Egyptian Ambassador to Kuwait Taher Farhat, with the participation of 25 Egyptian firms.
Everest CEO, Hesham Enaba, said in a press statement that the exhibition will see the invitation of bids for a group of real estate projects all over Egypt, adding that total Egyptian investment that will be promoted will reach USD one billion in what includes land plots, apartments, villas and projects.
He also said that there are some 100 housing, tourist, commercial and residential projects that will be offered for youth, making it available for any possible buyer to inquire about them through his acquaintances or relatives in Egypt and be briefed on the projects before purchasing or contracting.
Anaba said that the Egyptian real estate market enjoys great confidence among Egyptians and the Arab and Gulf communities in Kuwait, adding that officials at the Egyptian Embassy called for holding a lot of such exhibitions in order to further increase communication between Egypt and Kuwait.
He also considered this exhibition a real boost for Egyptian real estate firms that display their projects, pointing out that it will include offering some facilities on payment and instalments on easy terms.- Kuna
