KUWAIT, April 3 (KUNA) -- Oil and Gas Conference will start tomorrow under the patronage of Minister of Oil, and Minister of Information , and Chairman of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah under the theme of "diversification, development, and growth".
The conference will be attended by a galaxy of KPC leading figures led by KPC Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Farouq Al-Zanki, and a number of world renowned oil experts as well those interested in Kuwaiti oil industry.
The two-day conference provides an opportunity for introducing modern trends in oil industries, and the most important strategies followed by KPC and its subsidiaries in tackling world changes in this domain.
The conference's opening ceremony is entitled "future vision in the coming twenty years -- plans and strategies of oil and gas in KPC", and it will be attended by a big number of the officials of world oil corporations.
The first session will touch on diversifying and developing energy in Kuwait in terms of production and development, and it will see numerous speeches given by chairpersons, and managing directors of Kuwaiti oil companies which are subsidiary of KPC.
The conference's sessions will also highlight a wide range of key oil issues including diversification, development, and growth in the oil industry.- Kuna
