Kuwait Teachers Society inaugurates here on Monday the 7th female teacher Conference under the auspices of Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education Dr. Modhi al-Hmoud.
The society said in a statement that the three-day conference, dubbed (Educational Leadership and the prospects of the third millennium) has three themes; the first deals with new Educational Leadership and the requirements of the third millennium) and contains three lectures on educational strategy, planning and leadership of new change in the educational institutions.
The statement added that the second axis tackles (commander of the third millennium .. efficiencies, skills and roles) and includes two lectures entitled (delegation of authority and empowerment in the educational system) and (educational assessment ... a need to shape the future) to be followed by three workshops. - Kuna
