KUWAIT, Jan 17 (KUNA) -- The Interior Ministry warned on Sunday that the rise of the number of car accidents causing heavy losses in humans and properties has become "catastrophic and alarming." Official spokesman of the Interior Ministry Colonel Mohammad Al-Saber, in a press statement, expressed particular concern at the spread of cars drawing boats or other vehicles without taking safety precautions, thus causing horrific accidents that claim many lives.
He advised these motorists to ensure that trailed vehicles are well connected and will not go off on the road.
