KUWAIT, Jan 18 (KUNA) -- A Kuwaiti economic expert on Monday called on local companies and financial institutions to restructure their financial and admininstrative conditions to be ready for future development schemes.
Adel Al-Haidar, the board chairman of Al-Tamayoz and Ibdaa company for economic and administrative consultations, said at a news conference that the Kuwaiti business market was negatively affected with fallout of the global financial crisis as a result of "delay of finding legislative solutions and the government rejection of offering financial support for the private sector." He also called for establishing training and consultative centers to furnish the intitutiins with information and expertise.
"The international financial crisis revealed weakness of the performance of the executive boards and departments of the companies." he added. - Kuna
