Kuwait completes maintenance works for roads and squares |

KUWAIT, Jan 24 (KUNA) -- The Kuwaiti Ministry of Public Works said on Sunday it had completed maintenance works for roads, streets squares and sewage networks in Hawally Governorate.
Some sections of main roads at Mishref and Salwa suburbs have been repaved, a new roundabout erected at Mishref, and Hawally Square maintained, the Ministry said in a release.
Furthermore, parking lots have been set up at Al-Shuhadaa suburb, and water drainage rooms built at Al-Zahraa, it said, adding the maintenance works have been executed by its maintenance administration in Hawally.
Maintenance works have also included sewage networks at Jabrya, and rain networks at Mishref, the ministry said.
New fences have been erected around different historical facilities in the governorate, it pointed out. - Kuna
