KUWAIT, Feb 1 (KUNA) -- Firemen are battling a fire which broke out at an oil tank at Gathering Center 10 in Meqwaa, but there are no injuries and production was not affected , reported Kuwait Oil Company on Monday.
Deputy Managing Director for South and East Kuwait sections at KOC Hashim Hashim told KUNA KOC and Ahmadi station firemen rushed to the site and are focusing on preventing further spread of the flames.
He stressed production was not affected by the incident, and pointed out the said center was completely surrounded. - Kuna
