KUWAIT: Eligibility for self-sponsorship in Kuwait will only be available to expatriate businessmen with KD 100,000 or more invested in Kuwaiti firms , as well as other official certification, according to a senior Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (MSAL) official. The self-sponsorship system, under Article 19 of Kuwaiti immigration law, will only be available to those meeting the above criteria, reported Al-Shahed.
