Half million travelers use Kuwait air, sea ports in nat''l days |

KUWAIT, March 1 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti air and sea ports have received a total of 193,403 and 249,356 incoming and outgoing travelers respectively during the country's National Day and Liberation Day festivals
, a senior security official said here Monday.
The Kuwait International Airport, inland checkpoints and sea ports have received a total of 442,765 travelers during the period, the Interior Ministry's Security Information Chief and Spokesman Colonel Mohammed al-Saber told KUNA.
Kuwaiti workers in the sector of outlets have worked hard in order to facilitate and streamline the movement of incoming and outgoing travelers during Kuwait's national festivals, he said.
The Kuwait International Airport alone has received 69,896 and 87,468 incoming and outgoing travelers, he added. - Kuna
