Drug Control General Department (DCGD) launches awareness webpage |

KUWAIT, March 16 (KUNA) -- As part of the Ministry of Interior's website, the Drug Control General Department (DCGD) launched their webpage in cooperation with the IT department.
The webpage supports the strategies for narcotics' combat.
In a press statement released Tuesday by the DCGD, that webpage supports latest developed mechanisms to explain the ways to combat drugs to reach different demographics in the society.
The webpage updates citizens and expatriates in Kuwait with the latest arrests and informing them with its affects.
The awareness department at the DCGD uploaded to the webpage a communication plan with the society via electronic media in order to update them with this phenomenon. Furthermore the awareness department is keen on highlighting to the browser with drug smuggling and selling operations.
The webpage aims to be the bridge between the DGCD and the society. - Kuna
