March 29 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC) said Monday it will operates its flights at Heathrow Airport's Terminal 4 instead of Terminal 3 starting from April 14.
KAC's assistant director of land services for passengers and shipping affairs Izzat Al-Aryan said the change comes as response to instructions from British authorities. Terminal 4 has developed facilities and provides high-standard services, he said. The terminal has two parking areas and has a new system for luggage handling, he added. British authorities provided seven counters for KAC at Area D, as well as two counters for sales at Terminal 4, he pointed out. The first two KAC flights to arrive at Terminal 4 will be KU 102, which will be arriving from New York, and KU 103, which will be coming from Kuwait, he noted. - Kuna
