KRCS to launch awareness campaign |

KUWAIT, April 2 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Red Crescent Society (KRCS) will launch an awareness campaign in cooperation with the Education Ministry in the Capital (Asima) and Jahra Gvernorates on April 11.
Director of KRCS's volunteers department, Mosaad Al-Enizi, told KUNA on Friday that the society will cooperate with several specialized bodies in training people as part of the campaign. The two-week campaign will shed light on LRCS's efforts and the services it provides to the Kuwaiti society, he said. A press conference will be held next Wednesday about the campaign with the attendance Education Undersecretary Tamather Al-Sudairawi and KRCS Chairman Barjas Al-Barjas, he pointed out. He noted that training courses on first aid and ways to prevent and deal with fire will be held in two schools in each of the two governorates. Campaigns will later be launched in other governorates, he pointed out. Al-Enizi expressed gratitude to the Education Ministry and Kuwait Fire Service Directorate for supporting the campaign and praised the efforts of Al-Barjas and KRCS board members. - Kuna
