Afasi okays transfer of domestic workers to private sector |

KUWAIT, April 19 (KUNA) -- Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Dr. Mohamed Al-Afasi on Monday issued a decision to allow the transfer of domestic workers to work in the private sector.
The ministry said in a press statement today that the decision authorized the transfer of domestic labor to the private sector under certain conditions as such transfer must be with the same sponsor or his first degree relatives with having valid residence prior to February 1, 2010, taking into account the systems in place by the Ministry of Interior. - Kuna
