KAC facing slander campaign |

KUWAIT: Kuwait Airways Corporation said yesterday it is facing unfair media campaigns that aim to undermine its reputation and affect its commercial interests and relations and discredit it before its customers.
The head of the Public Relations department in KAC Adel Bourisly said that the company is keen on improving the services offered to customers and on maintaining the high quality of technical and engineering services.
A large number of media reports, talking about accidents and failures of KAC are incorrect and unproven, Bourisly added. He called on local media and newspapers "to be more accurate and objective in tackling any news concerning KAC.
He stressed that the carrier officials are always ready to make things clearer to the media, should they need any additional information over what is already available. "KAC will resort to legal procedures to defend its reputation," the official finally stressed. - Kuwait Times
