Kuwait keen on ending Palestinian suffering -- Kuwaiti Ambassador |

AMMAN, June 9 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Ambassador to Jordan Sheikh Faisal Al-Homoud Al-Malek Al-Sabah has affirmed that Kuwaiti leadership and people have always been keen on ending the suffering of the Palestinian people.
During his meeting with a Palestinian press delegation visiting Jordan, Sheikh Faisal said that His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah is keen and follows up with great concern the Palestinian issue and people who have been under an oppressive blockade by Israel for three years.
Sheikh Faisal also recalled the case of the young Palestinian girl who HH the Amir of Kuwait has ordered she be treated in Kuwaiti hospitals.
Such initiative of HH the Amir reflects the unified stance adopted by the state of Kuwait, its leadership and people towards humanitarian issues, he noted. - Kuna
