Zain set to hold photography contest |

KUWAIT, June 23 (KUNA) -- The Kuwait-based Zain telecommunications co. is set to organise a photographic competition at Mall 360, to encourage talented and innovative photographers, it was announced on Wednesday.
Head of Relations and Communications for the leading Kuwaiti mobile and network provider, Walid Al-Khashti said that the contest is arranged to "shed light on this beautiful art that depends only on the characteristics of images.
"This in itself reflects a unique dialogue through which the photographer attempts to transmit a message, the observer can translate in their vast imagination," he said.
All participating applications are to be on show at Mall 360 on Thursday evening up until 26 June, he added.
"Zain believes it is an undividable part of the Kuwaiti society, and the company will work towards strengthening these ties through a group of fresh programs that will serve a broad range of activities," he concluded. - Kuna
