Website to receive complaints - MoI eyes severe punishment for guilty |

KUWAIT CITY, May 23: Deputy Prime Minister, Interior Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Hamoud recently issued a decision to create a window on the website of the ministry (www.moi.gov.kw) to receive complaints from citizens and residents, reports Al-Qabas daily quoting knowledgeable security sources.
The sources added a citizen or an expatriate can send complaints to the ministry against ministry personnel who violate the law.
The sources added the complaints will be reviewed only by officers who have access and both the concerned parties will be summoned for interrogation. The sources also said the guilty party will be severely punished. - Arab Times
