Speaker expresses condolences to India''s Mumbai victims |

KUWAIT, July 15 (KUNA) -- National Assembly Speaker Mohammed Jassem Al-Kharafi offered his condolences on Friday to India's Chairman of the Council of States (Rajya Sabha)
Mohammad Hamid Ansari after an unlawful group attacked last night civilians in the city of Mumbai. In his cable, Al-Kharafi said he was informed of the incident while he was outside the country, expressing his condolences to all the victims of the attack. The Speaker said that on behalf of all Kuwaiti Members of Parliament (MPs) he condemns such a cowardly attack and bombing of civilians in the heart of India's financial capital, which resulted in demise of at least 20 people and the injury of hundreds of others. The Speaker also sent a similar cable to India's President of the House of People, Lower House (Lok Subha), Meira Kumar. - Kuna
