Ministry puts into service telephone lines to receive complaints |

The Assistant Undersecretary for Labor Affairs at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor Jamal Al-Dousari has announced the Ministry has put into service telephone lines to receive complaints from workers
who are forced to work between noon and 4:00 pm in violation of a law issued by the ministry, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
In a press statement Al-Dousari said the ministry is keen to follow up the application of the law on companies which violate the ministerial decision that bars companies from forcing their employees to work outdoors between noon and 4:00 pm.
He has called on the owners of these companies to comply with the ministry decision. He said the victims can call the emergency line to file complaints. The telephone numbers are 24334906 or 24334067, ext 262.
The official said the service is available between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm. Meanwhile, head of the inspection team Eng Hussein Al-Mutairi has affirmed the necessity of applying the law. He added the team is determined to inspect all construction sites. - Arab times
