Kuwait: Kuwait's general traffic department has said it is reconsidering a decision to allow vehicles to use the left shoulder of the road, after it had noted its misuse by some motorists, Kuna has reported. The department had previously allowed motorists to use the left shoulder of the road of the Sixth and fourth Ring roads as well as the fifth ring road in order to alleviate congestion and traffic jams taking place in the streets at peak
