Hajj, Omrah exhibition launched in Kuwait''s Int''l fair ground |

Inaugurated and sponsored by the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, an exhibition of Hajj and Omrah of Kuwaiti campaigns for the year 2011 was kicked off on Sunday in International Fair Ground in Mishref.
The exhibition will last until August 13th.
The sponsorship of such exhibition by Kuwait is important to Kuwaiti Hajj market, which brings together various companies which have similar interests to share experience and showcase their services to pilgrims, Director of Hajj in the ministry Roumi Matar Al-Roumi said in a press statement after the inauguration.
Al-Roumi added that the purpose of such exhibition and participation comes to bolster partnership of the ministry with the private sector, stressing that the ministry wanted as well to get acquainted with pilgrims and present to them all information they need in the promising Hajj market.
The ministry's sponsorship of such event comes also to encourage all Hajj and Omrah campaigns along with specialized companies to join the ministry through its Hajj Affairs Office, which help all pilgrims meet with Hajj campaign owners.
The move also to shed light on problems facing pilgrims like high prices of campaigns, delays during arrival or departure, and road traffic, noting that the ministry has always been keen to solve such issues, while campaign owners has nothing to do with such issues. - Kuna
