The call for holding a rally in front of the Grand Mosque is unlawful, the Interior Minister declared Sunday, urging all people to cooperate with security forces and abide by laws.
The call circulated on social networking sites to organize a rally in a square near the Grand Mosque is violating Kuwaiti law, the ministry warned in an official statement today.
"This call contradicts the virtues and spirituality of the holy month of Ramadan," the statement added.
The Ministry urged cooperation with security forces and compliance with law, stressing that it will take all necessary measures to deal with this call. - Kuna
