Traffic department recommends strict action for using mobile phone while driving |

General traffic department has recommended that stiff measures to be taken against motorist who use cell phones while driving.
Arabic daily reported that the recommendation will be sent to deputy prime minister and minister of Interior Sheikh Ahmed Al Hmoud Al Sabah to be referred to the National assembly's legislative committee during the next parliament session.
This step has been taken following the increasing number of accident cases in the country.
