Journalists also attended the conference. Al-Azmi said Kuwait Airways will bear the responsibility for delivery of all passengers' bags, therefore, pilgrims are to leave as soon as they arrive. The baggage claim usuallystand in front of Sir belts bags when they arrived in Kuwait airport, which usually cause severe congestion in the arrival hall, he added. There are discussions under way to provide access for Hajj campaign owners to receive boarding passes 72 hours instead of 48 hours in advance, Director of Coordination and Follow-up at Kuwait Airways Anwar Al-Khars said.
