House collapse in Al-Zahra kills construction worker |

A house under construction in Al-Zahra area partially collapsed on Wednesday, killing a construction worker, Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD) said.
The KFSD said, in a press statement, that its rescue teams rushed to the scene immediately after receiving notification of the accident.
Upon reaching the site, the team started the rescue operation and pulled the dead worked out of debris. The victim has been sent to hospital for autopsy.
The directorate called on all construction contractors to take all the necessary measures to ensure safety of their workers.
