US Army awards Kuwait Nat''l Guard unit for supportive role |

The US Army on Monday honoured units of the Kuwaiti National Guard police squad, for their exceptional role in ensuring the protected transport
and the needs of a US land unit.
Lt. Col. Kevin Hill handed out the medal to Kuwait's Commander of the National Guard military police Col. Zaid Mohammad Zaid.
Hill said this illustrates the Kuwait National Guard's expertise in handling these emergency situations.
He also praised the level of bilateral relations between both countries.
For his part, Col. Zaid said that what the National Guard unit had only carried out its national duty according to principles the Kuwaiti people have long gone by and values the leadership has encouraged.
