Kuwait real estate sector sees some recovery - report |

Kuwait: According to a report by the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), sales activity in the real estate sector saw some recovery in September after slowing in August, Kuna has reported. Total sales value climbed 11.2% year-on-year to KD199.5m, with the residential sector accounting for 51% of the total figure. The investment and commercial sectors took 37% and 12%, respectively. The sector, which is mainly composed of apartment buildings intended for rental, has averaged total sales of KD92m per
