Kuwait: Kuwait's oil minister, Mohammed al-Busairi has said the global oil market is balanced, suggesting the Gulf country will likely support maintaining the status quo at this week's OPEC meeting, the Associated Press has reported. OPEC's last meeting in June ended in disarray after delegates failed to reach agreement on adjusting supply quotas. Al-Busairi said he hopes ministers this time will be able to "reach a consensus formula." [AMEInfo.com]
