Increase in school fees still under study |

The Union of Private Schools in the Private Education Sector in the Ministry of Education has agreed to abide by the Ministry of Education instruction concerning circulars without approval from the Ministry of Education
, reports Al-Horriya daily. Deputy Undersecretary of Private Education Fahd Al-Ghais stated no circular will be issued without the Ministry of Education approval. The statement made by the official does not violate laws and regulations of the Ministry. The report added the Private Education Sector was granted extension period for those who are willing to transfer their residence within the private education sector, as it has been assigned two periods of time when interviews might be held for new teachers who wish to join private schools. The interviews will be held in September and October, and the second time in February and March respectively. In response to the request made by the Union of Private Schools with regard to the increment in school fees, the Ministry of Education has directed the union to present detailed memorandum.
