Municipality looks into awarding specialized compnay removal of scrapped cars |

A meeting of the Higher Committee for planning in the municipality, headed by Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipality Affairs Dr. Fadhel Safar,
on Sunday discussed a proposal to award the process of lifting cars displayed for sale on public roads scrapped vehicles to a specialized company.
Rapparteur of the committee Abdelkarim Al-Zaid told the press that the meeting recommended the re-examining of the proposal about the possibility of introducing such a service to the public cleaning contracts.
The meeting also looked into a memorandum regarding giving the Ministry of the Interior the right to arrest violators.
He added that these proposals were currently being studied in order to support legislating a municipal police or increase the municipal districts in court.
