The Public Authority of Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAAFR) announced on Friday that it lifted the ban off the import of some types of fish and poultry from Germany.
In a press release, PAAAFR said that the ban was lifted off the import of falcons, pet birds, doves, eggs, one-day-old chicks, and live hens from Germany. The decision is based on a report by the World Organization for Animal Health, which indicates that Germany was free from bird flu, PAAAFR noted.
