Thousands travel during Eid despite swine flu threats |

The threat of A(H1N1), also known as swine flu, did not stop Kuwaitis from spending their Eid vacation abroad nor did the World Health Organization
''s (WHO) classification of Kuwait as a country with a high record of patients infected the virus stopped many from visiting the country. Kuwait International Airport and land port AlـNuwaisib have been extremely busy over the Eid holidays. According to a break down obtained by Al Watan, more than 400,465 travelers had left the country through the two transportation ports.
