Finance House begin implementing new electronic system for storing documents |

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced on Monday operating an e-system to manage electronic documents
, organize and manage the storage, handling and recovery of all documents, correspondence and transactions across various departments. KFH said in a press statement that the new system replaces the need for manual handling to protect documents and offers the highest levels of safety to correct use of speed access and easy retrieval. This is a step in a very advanced approach for the electronic storage of documents and intelligent search and retrieval automation, it added. The Assistant Director General for Information Technology Dr. Walid Al Hasawi following the signing of a contract of employment with the new system (AMIG Technology) that KFH began actual operation of the system after a period of experimentation where the system has achieved a great success and performance excellence of high precision and efficiency in addition to the flexibility and capacity ability to withstand high additions, observations and suggestions before the development of its KFH staff. He explained that during the trial period, absorbed in the system of one sector of the six sectors of KFH, are about 20 million documents and more than 350,000 treatment compliant documents.
