KD 14 million contract in city of Sabah Al-Ahmad |

The Public Authority for Housing Care signed on Wednesday a contract worth 14 million dinars with the First Kuwaiti General Trading and Contracting
for the establishment of infrastructure of sector (B) in the city of Sabah Al-Ahmad. Director-General of the Housing Care Ali Al Fawzan told KUNA the contract stipulated construction of the infrastructure of utilities for 1,728 plots, in addition to building and maintaining roads, parking lots, public buildings and networks for key services. The 960-day contract stipulates building 46 power transformers, five power stations with transformers of different specifications, he added. Al Fawzan affirmed that the project was a venture, designed and executed by the company. The company is now listing names of the potential residents at the site. It will distribute land government plots at the time of completion of the infrastructure, giving ample time to owners to make favored designs.
