Kuwait Municipality sets up electronic linkage with power Ministry |

Kuwait Municipality has been electronically hooked up with the ministry of electricity and water for issuance of construction licenses.
The accomplished project was examined at a meeting today at the level of the coordination commission of the municipality, chaired by Minister of Public Works and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs Fadhel Safar.
Abdel Karim Al-Zaid, the head of the bureau of follow-up and coordination of the ministry, said in a statement after the meeting that the electronic system secured speedy issuance of the licenses and some relevant procedures and paper work.
Participants discussed several other topics such as the project of smart buildings and the issuance of licenses via consultancy houses.
