The Ministry of Education's interim deputy for public education, Muna Al-Salal, recently called on parents of schoolchildren to cooperate with the ministry
for the benefit of students. She asked parents to ensure that students attended their classes and noted that all students who were absent without providing medical excuses will be penalized according to ministry regulations.
