Minister of Labor signs infrastructure agreements worth KD 35 million |

Labor Minister and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs Fadhel Safar said here Thursday that four contracts and two deals worth KD 35 million were signed to develop the infrastructure in Kuwait.
The Ministry signed contracts were within the state's five years plan to develop Kuwait's infrastructure, said Safar, adding that the projects would focus on establishing new sanitation networks and government buildings in Kuwait. The country's leadership is closely following the ministry's projects to ensure that the projects would on an international level. On his part, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and Minister of Development and Housing Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Ahmad reflected the government's approval of development plans despite the plans not being discussed thoroughly at parliament. The current projects are mainly focused in the infrastructure and development aspects, stated the official, revealing that the government would also focus on its developing the health services in the country in its future plans. The government is also looking forward to develop other sectors in the near future, stated the official, thanking minister Safar for his keenness to further develop the country. - Kuna
