A shortage in state revenue stamps is expected to hit government institutions because the company which prints the stamps
is said to have withdrawn the stamps from machines placed in government polyclinics and hospitals because it wants to raise the margin of profit to four percent, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily. According to medical sources said some centers have already started receiving cash from people visiting the polyclinics and hospitals. The sources added other governments are expected to follow suit to contain the problem. - Arabtimes
